We will acknowledge your email, usually within a few business days. We will then review the complaint. That review may include contacting the provider. Our reply will explain what we found and any action we are taking.
If our response does not address your concerns, reply to request another review. You can also approach your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. Your state licensing board may also help if the provider holds a license.
